Mr. Sarr holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Poitiers University in France and a Telecommunications Engineer Diploma from the Polytechnic Institute of Dakar. With over 15 years of telecom engineering experience, he has successfully managed the technical aspects of many IT projects for telecom regulators. Mr. Sarr has worked as a telecom engineer and/or technical supervisor in numerous countries across the globe.
Mrs Clara de las Heras holds a double degree in Journalism and Advertising from Universidad San Pablo CEU, Madrid. Over the past 6 years, Clara has worked as a Financial Communications Consultant at Llorente & Cuenca and has held the position of External Communications Manager at Telecoming. After one year as Content Manager at GVG, Clara currently leads the Marketing Department, crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Contents, Product Management, Communications and Creative.
M. Sarr est titulaire d’une maîtrise en gestion d’entreprise de l’Université de Poitiers en France, et d’un diplôme en ingénierie des télécommunications de l’Institut Polytechnique de Dakar. Avec plus de 15 ans d’expérience en ingénierie des télécoms, il a géré avec succès les aspects techniques de nombreux
projets de TI au profit de régulateurs des télécoms. M. Sarr a travaillé en tant qu’ingénieur des télécoms et/ou responsable technique dans de nombreux pays partout dans le monde.
Mme. Clara de la Heras détient un double diplôme en journalisme et en en publicité de l’Université de San Pablo CEU, Madrid. Au cours des 6 dernières années, Clara a travaillé comme consultante en communications financières chez Llorente & Cuenca et a occupé le poste de Directrice des communications externes chez Telecoming. Après un an en tant que responsable des contenus chez GVG, Clara dirige maintenant le service marketing, dans le cadre duquel elle crée des stratégies pour toutes les équipes marketing, y compris les équipes responsables du numériques, des contenus, de la gestion des produits, des communications et de la créativité.
M. Docteur détient une maîtrise en gestion de l’Université de Liverpool et une licence en ingénierie électrique de l’Université de Miami. Il joue un rôle crucial dans la mise en œuvre réussie de systèmes et infrastructures TI pour les régulateurs des télécoms, ainsi que dans la gestion de l’installation de diverses solutions complexes depuis 2011. De plus, la contribution de M. Docteur inclut à présent la formation des agents et la fourniture d’un soutien technique continu à nos clients.
M. Bhana a obtenu deux licences avec mention très bien de l’Université du Cap et de l’Université du Natal, en sciences commerciales et en commerce respectivement. Il a ensuite travaillé pour Ernst & Young pendant trois ans, acquérant ainsi une expérience inestimable en finance et en audit d’entreprise. M. Bhana est un expert-comptable agréé possédant une vaste expérience dans le secteur bancaire, au sein duquel il a initié, structuré et financé de nombreux fusionnements, acquisitions, rachats d’entreprise par effet de levier et opérations de capital-investissement d’une valeur de plusieurs millions de dollars.
M. Claude est le titulaire d’une maîtrise en gestion de l’Université de Boston et d’un diplôme d’ingénieur en télématique de la Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. Il a commencé sa carrière chez GVG en tant que directeur du Centre d’opérations réseau en 2005 et a rapidement monté les échelons pour prendre en charge la gestion technique de nombreux projets mis en œuvre par la société au profit des autorités de règlementation des télécommunications, jusqu’à sa nomination au poste de Directeur de la technologie en 2012. M. Claude occupe le poste de PDG de GVG depuis 2018. Ses qualités de dirigeant ont été officiellement reconnues quand il s’est vu décerner le prestigieux TechWeek CEO Award en novembre 2020.

Mr. Docteur holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Liverpool University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami. He has played a pivotal role in the successful implementation of GVG’s IT systems and infrastructures for telecom regulators and has been instrumental in managing the installation of varying complex solutions since 2011. In addition, Mr. Docteur has extended his contribution to the training of agents and the provision of ongoing technical support to our clients.
Mr. Bhana graduated cum laude with a Business Science Degree from the University of Cape Town and with a Commerce Degree from the University of Natal. He subsequently spent three years in the employ of Ernst & Young, where he gained invaluable corporate finance and auditing experience. Mr. Bhana is a registered Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the banking sector, where he originated, structured and funded many multimillion-dollar mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and private equity deals.
Mr. Claude holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Boston University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Telematics Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. He began his career with GVG as a Network Operations Center Manager in 2005 and rapidly rose to assume responsibility for the technical management of many of the company’s projects for telecommunications regulatory authorities until his appointment as Chief Technology Officer in 2012. Mr. Claude has held the position of CEO of GVG since 2018. The fact that he was awarded the prestigious Africa TechWeek CEO Award in November 2020 further attests to his qualities as company leader.
