Our Structure:
GVG is structured to work as a:
Network Manager or Carrier’s Carrier
- To Provide Services of an Inter-exchange International Carrier;
- To offer Telecom Switching, Origination and Termination Services in the Telecommunications Markets of North, South and Central America, Europe, and Africa.
Our Network:
One Global Voice Network Operations Center (NOC) highlights the company’s dedication to international quality assurance. Strategically placed and staffed around-the-clock by highly trained engineers, the NOC is specially equipped to monitor network quality throughout the world and to proactively identify and remedy the potential issues before they become concerns for our partners.
To ensure quality, we continuously monitor customer usage along each trunk, determine cost-effective routing alternatives if required, and thus manage network efficiency better. These facilities are unique and thus allow GVG to address issues with much faster response times than our current industry norms.
The general network is present in 49 national networks in the world with 28 in Africa. Global Voice plans to cover 51 countries in Africa, or 100 percent of Africa, by 2009.
Our Licenses:
Global Voice Group is licensed to carry out all of our international carrier operations and to provide the NOPIN and International Calling-card services. |
